Drake Medox staff are covered by Workers Compensation and malpractice insurance. Their Drake Medox ID card is your guarantee that they meet our highly selective hiring criteria including skills testing, verification of licenses and evaluation of references.

All staff complete an orientation or onsite training to your facility prior to their first assignment. All shifts are confirmed promptly with name and qualifications of staff. We evaluate their performance to ensure continuous improvement in service.

Services are invoiced weekly based on time sheets authorized by your signature. Time slips are submitted to Drake Medox by staff for processing, and copies of signed time slips are included with each invoice.
