Palliative Care
Palliative care provides a combination of active and compassionate therapies intended to comfort and support individuals and families who are living with terminal illness.

Chronic Disease Care
Our services focus on meeting the continually changing health and emotional needs of clients living with progressive disease such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson or Muscular Dystrophy.

Alzheimer/Dementia Care
Our services provide specialized care for clients suffering with Alzheimer and dementia. We assist those individuals and their families, or those who live alone with meeting care needs, providing supervision and management of household tasks.

Hospital Discharge
This service provides for immediate client care during and post hospital discharge. It involves immediate short term care of clients to ensure they arrive safely to their home after a hospital stay or day surgery. These may include escorting the client to their home, household management, meal preparation, nursing or personal care services, risk management and safety assessment.

Respite Care
This service provides assistance to primary caregivers who need relief from caregiving duties.

Live-In Care
Service is designed to assist persons living in the community with 24 hour home support. Live-in service is expected to complement the care given by family, friends and the community.

Spinal Cord Care
Service focuses on supporting clients to maintain independence while ensuring safe quality personal care and transfers.

Partners to Independent Care
Services are designed to encourage clients to maintain or enhance their independence by resuming activities of daily living. We assist clients to develop practical skills to promote independence. This often enables clients to extend the period of time they can live safety and autonomously in their own home.

Child Care
Services will assist families in need of care and support for their children during challenging personal and social times.

Mobility Care
Provides special care for needs for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoporosis, Arthritis and other disabilities. Service addresses the needs surrounding personal mobility, transfers and movement.

Mental Health Care
Services for clients living with mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorders or diminished capacity. Focus is on supporting clients independence, monitoring safety factors, encouraging healthy lifestyles and activities, nutrition and personal hygiene.

Supervised Access
Our childcare staff are fully trained to provide respectful and conscientious support to families requiring court ordered supervision during visits with their children.
